I work with you to reprogram your subconscious mind by using a combination of Advanced Conversational Hypnosis and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT).

My targeted approach of the Fast Sleep Program unlocks your potential by rapidly identifying the sources of your sleep issues. Within four sessions, I work with you to uncover the deeper reasons for your sleeplessness and coach you to alter your thoughts, behaviours, and lifestyle in ways that align with your goals for restful sleep.

Individual sessions vary in length based on your specific issues and goals, but my clients typically achieve restful sleep in fewer than four sessions.

Your path to rapid, quality sleep begins with your free discovery call. During our 45-minute discussion, we’ll touch on your current sleep issues and overall goals to create a personalised strategy for Fast Sleep Therapy using a blend of hypnosis and coaching.

What to Expect with the Fast Sleep Program?

First Session

Using Erickson’s Advanced Conversational Therapy techniques, I conduct a hypnotic interview and anamnesis to gather information about your health and sleep history. During our first session, we work to understand the underlying issues behind your insomnia and use new words and images to rewire your brain—while deleting the limiting thoughts and beliefs poisoning your subconscious mind.

Second Session

By using your mind’s remarkable ability to manifest positive outcomes, we work to consciously anchor the unconscious behaviours and thoughts revealed in our first session. I integrate the Rules of the Mind—scientific observations about the brain’s power to transform—to empower you to redefine your goals, envision desired outcomes, and integrate your new subconscious beliefs into your daily life.

Third Session

Through induction hypnosis and Rapid Transformational Therapy, we build on our earlier sessions to anchor your emerging and changing beliefs into significant and aligned action. By using techniques based on Joe Dispenza’s “breaking the habits of being yourself” methods (induce, recognise, admit, declare, surrender, observe, remind, redirect, create, and rehearse), we push past your comfort zone and into action. I also provide you with personalised recordings for self-hypnosis.

Fourth Session

Our fouth session is focused on conscious coaching—moving forward in your life by implementing what you’ve learned through our partnership and how your thoughts and behaviours have changed. We dedicate time to reviewing your learnings and actions, and refocus your desired outcomes for daily life—and sleep. I empower you to use your brain to bring pleasure back into your life, and create a positive feedback loop in your mind that creates lasting change.
